MINNEAPOLIS, June 28, 2007 — Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, today announced that the company will sponsor and exhibit at Affiliate Summit 2007 East. The event is being held July 8-12, 2007, at the Hotel Intercontinental in Miami, Fla.

Digital River plans to have an extensive presence at Affiliate Summit East. The company will feature its oneNetworkDirect™ affiliate network for industry leading software products in exhibit booth #3, located on the mezzanine level. During scheduled sessions and panel discussions at the summit, members of the oneNetworkDirect team plan to speak about strategies affiliates can use to track commissions, convert more software sales and leverage coupon marketers as well as current legal issues pertaining to affiliate marketing.
