Carbonite Online Backup now offers remote file access. With this exciting new feature, Carbonite customers enjoy the convenience of accessing their backed up files by logging into their account on the Carbonite.com website. Whether they’re traveling on business, away on vacation, at school, or in the office, Carbonite customers can now securely retrieve single files over the Internet—anytime, anywhere.
Price Increase
Over the past year, we’ve greatly improved the value of Carbonite Online Backup by adding several new features, including a searchable restore drive. Therefore, with the addition of remote file access, we’ve increased the price of our service. The landing pages, banners and text links in Digital River have been updated to reflect the new pricing. Please note that text links and any banners hosted on your website will need to be manually changed-out. If you have not yet done so, please take a moment to ensure that your website has been updated to reflect our new pricing.

Announcing Carbonite Online Backup for Mac! Now Mac users can enjoy the same simple, reliable and affordable backup solution as PC users. Unlike other backup methods, they’ll just “set it and forget it.” The Carbonite application runs quietly and unobtrusively in the background, automatically backing up important emails, documents, photos and other files.
Carbonite for Mac is now officially available. Login to the oneNetworkDirect interface for updated landing pages, banners and text links.
