Booth features the company’s affiliate marketing network and services

MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 19, 2007 — Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, today announced that it will exhibit at ad:tech London 2007. The exhibition and conference is being held Sept. 26-27, at the Olympia 2 conference center in London, England.

Digital River will host exhibit booth 122, located on the ground level of the conference center. The booth will feature a variety of online direct marketing tools and services from its business unit Direct Response Technologies. These tools and services are designed to help online marketers, including merchants, advertising agencies and advertising networks, manage and implement affiliate marketing programs, search-engine bid management campaigns, and ad serving and email delivery capabilities.
